This makes me feel like watching Samurai Jack :O
I love the simplistic style, there's no excess of details but the art is very appealing, I don't really know how to describe it in a way that's critique-ful.
Looks like the kind of character I could expect to see if I were to turn on my TV on a saturday morning and tune in on a kid's channel.

I liked the way the figure came off, but my wrist got all worn out and I couldn't do well with the background stars... But I wanted to finish that there and then anyways...

The perspective is a bit wonky on the background. The smallness and angle that the chairs and tables are drawn in gives the impression that the bar is dangling 3 stories above ground level or something.
The character looks good though, simple but clean :D

The perspective is a little wonky, she's drawn from an overhead angle but the background is drawn as if looking towards the horizon...
Judging from her angle, you shouldn't be able to see the sky or leaves, just the trunk and grass.
The color job on this is amazing though... o.o!
I am jealous, I never could get the hang of coloring with brushes :c

Were it not for the knife and your descript, I would have never guessed this was Nene.
I'd suggest putting a bit more work on the shoes next time, they seem rushed.
Other than that, solid work!
Shading's good, anatomy is decent.
